Terms:

-All sales are final.  A custom mosaic is created specially for you.  To ensure you are satisfied with the final product before we have it printed and shipped, a sample of the mosaic will be e-mailed to you for approval.  If you are satisfied with the image, then you can enter in the order on our website.  At that time, the placing of your order confirms that you are satisfied with the mosaic and you agree to these terms.  If you are not satisfied with the image, we can work on a design change and try produce a product you will be happy with, or you may walk away from the process with no cost to you.  This only applies to projects where the pictures have been sent to us via e-mail/FTP.  If we have scanned your original photographs, then a standard charge of $25.00 per 50 pictures would apply, plus the cost of shipping/handling to return the pictures to you.  If you have supplied your pictures to us on a CD, then the only cost to you would be the shipping charges you paid to send us your CD, as well as the shipping costs incurred by us to return them to you.

-Shipping charges are extra, and are not included in our prices.  This includes any shipping costs required to send us your photographs or other media, including any shipping costs required to return the products to you.

-We are not liable in any way for damaged or lost photographs/materials sent to us.  Any photographs or materials shipped to us are sent at your own risk.  For this reason, we suggest that any pictures you want to use in the mosaic are scanned and electronically sent  This is an easier and less expensive option for you to supply your images, as there would be no shipping charges in sending/receiving your materials.  Mailing a backup copy of your pictures on CD is also recommended because this places less risk on your originals.  E-mailing/FTP'ing your pictures to us is the best option.
